- Get advice or assistance for a certain topic - Tweet "Does anyone have experience with a Lexmark 530dn printer?" can help you find out about other's experience with this item before making a purchase
- Searh Twitter. You can find trends by searching key phrases. You can use the "looking for a _____" to find people looking for someone with your expertise or "need a ________" to find something you need
- Use HootSuite to monitor Twitter along with Facebook and LinkedIn posts. It reallys saves time.
